At MC2 Saint Barth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beachwear and apparel; if not, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
